The YU's are also on sale for 229 on Amazon they are the same as these except they don't have optical or USB input so if you are ok with just RCA and Bluetooth then you can save an extra $70.

Nice deal! Looks like the white ones are also $299.39: https://www.officedepot.com/a/pro...er-System/

I've had my eye on these. They review very well and have a premium build quality and aesthetic, which is why Kanto is usually a bit pricier than similar options. I currently have Micca PB42x speakers for my desk, a similarly-sized powered speaker that just amazes me continually with the detail I hear in my music. So I recommend those highly if you're hoping to spend something closer to $100. I haven't compared them directly to these, though.

Purchased in white. Thanks for this. I was tempted to get the Klipsch Fives. This is more in my price range and got great reviews overall.

If you have a smart tv. You would connect via Bluetooth as well. Adjust for audio delay if there is any.

Why can't speakers talk to each other via USBC?

Yes! These will also probably sound better than most similarly priced sound bars, but won't have any "multichannel" functionality.

Most TVs have an optical audio output and these speakers have an optical input. It will give better sound quality than bluetooth, have no lag, and is more reliable.

I have these speakers, along with the sub. Love them and they sound incredible. I have lost function completely of both Bluetooth and Optical Out over the 3 years, which was disappointing. But still love them.

Because you are too young. Some things need to stay simple!

If you're asking about these particular speakers and ones like them it's because the signal being relayed from speaker A to speaker B is analog and USB-C is a digital cable.

But how will they change the volume?!
