Just a note that Blender Bottle gaurantees their bottles. I had 4 lids break and they replaced for free. I just emailed them a photo of the broken lids and they mailed me replacements.

We use blender bottles to mix cake batter, pancake batter, and even to scramble eggs. Easy and works great for pouring pancakes or waffles from the spout... The 45oz version is perfect for it.
