No, the offer will not show up immediately. Most of mine have shown up on tracker page a few weeks after activation or purchase/trade in with status updates as you meet milestones (pending, qualified, approved, sent). They send an email when the card is mailed but no tracking details. Multiple lines for same offer are combined onto one card, I ordered 2 lines last time and got a $400 card with tracker only showing the offer as once. With the last few Xfinity offers I've done, the offer appears at checkout but not in the confirmation email.

Did anyone here receive both prepaid cards? Maybe they wised up?
Update: Got it today, 09/28!
I should note two things which others will find helpful.
1) Numbers were ported in after the promo deadline, but within 30 days of ordering (which was before the promo deadline)
2) I activated the "Add-a-line" promo after I had already ordered and activated one of the lines. Despite this, I received credit for all 5 lines (the max they let me add).
3) The portal we do not name paid out $5 for each line as well.
