I ordered this through some social media post. I haven't drank it all. Black water is not very appetizing. Then I thought what really is in this who is regulating it. Ehh I don't even know the benefits of drinking it.

Received my order of the strawberry rhubarb flavor from the previous deal. Not bad overall, decent taste-wise even when warm. Is it worth the retail pricing that they want, oh hell no. At $8.99 for a 12 pack, I would consider it. But I would not buy it for more than $1 per bottle (including shipping)

Alkaline water is a scam due to acid level in your stomach (pH of 1-2). Normal water has a neutral pH of 7 and alkaline water has a pH of 8. A difference of 1 pH is not going to do anything and there have only been small scientific studies undertaken and they have seen either negligible or no benefits to alkaline water

The company actually sent me a second case + drops for free, no idea why. I received email notification of order (with no details listed) and then a shipment notification from UPS. Tried to call them (voicemail does not allow you to leave a message) and no one answers email or calls. Hey their screwup is not my faultLMAO

Alkaline water would really only be good if you had LPR or Acid Reflux and was taking PPIs and wanted to neutralize pepsin buildup in your esophagus. Pepsin is neutralized at a pH above 8 to 8.5. Otherwise alkalize and acidic diets are a scam... pH is controlled through breathing and carbon dioxide levels in the body.

Fleet Farm had pH 10 alkaline water for 3 bucks for 24 bottles. I haven't seen it recently but it was there a couple months ago. I still have 2 cases. I took the Fleet Farm water to work and used the pH probe to test it... it held it's alkalinity through my 12 hour shift dropping from 10.35 to 9.95 after 10 hours. Alkaline water will naturally lose it's acidity after opened.
