They declined my Citi card, wtf? No text or email from citi to approve charge. And go figure Citi's website is down for maintenance.

Citi has really been a mess recently for authorizations. IDK if they were hacked or what gives, but my Citi cards have been messed up for weeks. Way too many fraud alerts with transactions denied, phone lines buried so long you can't get them ok'd and processed again.


Starting to really hate Citi.

My Bank of America and PNC cards were both declined... I think the problem is with the website?

Edit: not sure what I did but eventually I got an order through... now order is "processing". Email link to view the order takes me to a 404 page. Wonderful.

My card got declined initially too, but received a text 5 mins later from Bank asking if it was me so purchases like this prolly trigger fraud alerts. I ended up purchasing 10.
