Yes, it's regular pre-order price, the thing is if you do some research on the older re-releases, the prices have gone way up. These will more than likely go up too.

Why would they go up? These are not limited releases, they can keep printing these for as long as there's demand.

I ordered a few of these, they seem to have a price guarantee. If the price goes down you get the lowest price at least that is what it said when I ordered.
