Really? I see a decent rain fly and a cool overhang for the middle entrance. The overhang is great to open the top of the door to let in air but not rain and to be able to exit without drips off the roof getting in. Lots of tents are dry until you open the door. The side doors let everyone in and out without climbing over anyone else's bed. Nice for midnight bathroom run.

Mesh in the ceiling: exactly what you want for a summer and warm weather tent. With the rain fly, it should stay well ventilated in the rain. Nothing worse than a damp, stuffy, hot tent.

If I needed this, I would get this. Or maybe wait for an instant tent. Or get 2 of the smaller Walmart instant tents in the other thread.

I own the older model of this tent (Red and Tan), and its awesome. Plenty of room to stand and walk around in. Great for families. Yes the roof of it is screen, but you cover the entire top with the rain fly. Definitely helps with air flow. If its cold where you are using it, a small piece of vinyl is not going to make it any warmer than the top covered with the rain fly anyway. If you need a big tent, this is worth it. If mine was in poor shape, I would be on this deal in a heartbeat.

The black part is a rain fly so I think you'd be able to sit out some rain.

I had an older version of this tent. As long as it is pitched correctly, you will stay dry. For this tent the guy lines are a must, even if not expecting any wind. This keeps the two ends tight/taut so water doesn't pool. Pooling water is where most leakage occurs. Went through a couple monsoon level rains in that bad boy, stayed dry inside.

Things I don't like about this:
Too Narrow/long, prefer a wider tent.
Pretty difficult to set up and take down, takes a lot longer than average tent.

I have been using this tent for a few years now and love it. I can get it completely set up in 5 minutes and taken down and in the bag in the same 5 minutes. I had it out for two days straight in the pouring rain in Florida this week and didn't get wet at all. Ventilation is fantastic. It's basically three rooms, but the dividers are just fabric, still, it has everything I would ever need. Tons of airflow.

You scored big time on a excellent tent. These Ozark tents leak. Go view the many tent water tests on youtube and see that Coleman is usually at or near the top. Coleman c/s is outstanding if you need help or a part replacement.
