The flow rate control is terrible. Goes from off to full blast easily and anything in-between is hard. This makes the temperature hard to adjust as well. Actually had controls installed in the pipes before I figured out it's the faucet itself. I'm in the kitchen more than any other room in the house and after breast/bottle feeding (so much rinsing, washing of so many parts) have become intimately familiar with the faucet. It's like anything in life, I'm willing to pay a little more for something I use frequently. I've had much better luck spending a little more with whatever brand Costco is selling. There is a performance difference.

Glacier Bay is a terrible brand. I own the kitchen sink single pull down and dream of the day it needs to be replaced. Never again.
Why dream it, that can can be today.
They may not be the highest quality but they are perfectly good faucets. Many of the big brand names are disappointing too these days and cost much more.

10's of thousands of reviews would disagree with you. Maybe a little more detail of your issues with their product?

I hire a plumber to do the install, so I wait for a couple of projects at a time. It's one of those "if it isn't broke" type of projects. All of the decorative pieces have broken (sink hole covers, base plate under faucet) but the actual faucet still works. Also, a faucet can last decades, hence I would not purchase one to install with the option to change it out "today".

I wouldn't say that one product is indicative of the quality of the entire line. What product specifically did you buy? I made sure to only add the faucets which has as good reviews as you can get? Nothing has perfect reviews.
I have the sadira in stainless steel. The pull down part gets caught underneath and doesn't fully come back up unless I open the cabinet and clear it from getting caught on my drain line. That problem could probably be on any of these type sprayers. It also sprays hard to the point of splash back with a barely-on flow. What really bothers me is the lines look like plastic and you can't swap the lines. It's not even a part number.
My house had previous owners upgrade with glacier bay. I've since replaced some of it. The GB stuff all deteriorates, comes loose and always has a drip. The stuff is garbage, don't recommend unless you're desperate or flipping. For comparison I have Koehler, Delta and Pfister as well. All are better quality.
I bought 2 (or similar) about a year ago. Figured I would have a spare just in case.
Pros
It's very easy to install, I didn't need any tools.
There's 2 settings, the regular is fine. The spray is ok, for example if you're trying to wash out a pan or pot it will work best if you use all hot water. Remember this is a kitchen faucet & not a pressure washer.
Easy to clean with the stainless steel or chrome finish.
Cons
You have to make sure that cabinet area underneath is clear for the sink weight to move around.
The sink space around the faucet base can catch dirt etc easily.
Watch a YT tutorial...but whatever you do, turn the water off first. Lol.
You'll likely have rust and degradation which will make removing the old hardware very hard. You'll want to look at the joints and see if you see green. You may want to purchase some oil or deruster to loosen the joints hours or days before you attempt the procedure. If you don't have local controls right underneath the sink, keep in mind you won't be able to turn on the water to your house while you're removing the old hardware and not until you have the new unit completely on. I would highly suggest replacing multiple units at once and hiring a plumber to make efficient use of their time. I've replaced two bathroom and one kitchen in my current house and look forward to hiring this task out in the future especially for old units. I've changed out my showerhead with ease.
