One thought I have is that $53 shipped to my door is less than a single rental of a carpet extractor at Home Depot. How many times would you say you were able to use yours before they broke? Because honestly for what this costs and how often I would use an item like this it might be worth it anyway even if I know it is a throwaway item.

That's 2 free vacuums and shop vac and carpet cleaner for literally doing nothing but flipping 3 units to pay for my buys
The guy said a chic bought 60 vacuums for reselling. I would of, but couldn't fit more than 5 in my car ): peasant life
Toss on fb for half off, put fake thing saying bought never opened half off
People run for this shit
I don't give receipts for anything except ps5's
They don't need them. Ps5 people know how much you pay so no reason not to give to them
I don't know if they're made as well now, but if they are, this is a steal. (I think I paid $50 or $75 for the used one 20 years ago.)
I only have 1 small room right now with carpet, but I never plan to get rid of the machine - I might buy a different house with some carpet (at least for a while; my general inclination is to get rid of carpet).
As an FYI: I don't use shampoo in the machine. Water alone really cleans well. It might be a different story if you have a lot of people, kids especially, tracking in mud, with carpet right at the door, but shoes have always been removed at the door in my house.
I have a much older model from Hoover that I bought used on ebay 16 years ago for $75 plus shipping, which was a great deal back then. It's still going strong. The only reason I'm buying another one is because I accidentally broke the hose attachment for the furniture/stairs tool (I accidentally melted it with an iron!). Honestly, I'd probably pay $40 for the attachment, never mind an upgraded machine, especially since this newer model uses hot air to help dry the carpet quicker. Maybe I'll sell the old one on craigslist or facebook marketplace.
But it's a legit awesome vac and comes 2 batteries
Full 3 year warranty
This is nice for a stick for house imo

Will post up my couple items in a bit
Got these for 36 each. The 25% sale is over but they give 10% military.
These do require some care after use to keep them running. Make sure you run them after they dry out to keep the innards dry.
