Do yourself a favor and get a quieter fan -- AC infinity gear is not much more and WORTH IT. For a 2x4 a 6" service makes more sense than 4" to me.

You will need another one of the lights to really get the kind of coverage you want in a 2x4.

For a 2x4 you do not need a 6 inch fan, that is way overkill. I've been running a VIVOSUN exhaust, 3 to be exact and I have no trouble with mine, My tent is 10 feet away from my bed and I can not hear the 6 inch fan. So from someone who has used the product before I would recommend it to anyone whose looking. I have 2 exhaust fans in less then 15 feet , they run 24/7, and unless I'm right by the tent I can not hear them nor can my wife or my guests.
