    Picked up the Q2U for $40 (as a spare). All-time low and a really good quality mic. It's highly directional so I can use it with a window AC unit literally 1 foot to the left of me and you can't hear the AC

    Not OP's fault, but this season's MEGA DEAL at B&H is pretty awful. Certainly some deals, but it's mostly on stuff that should have been cleared out months ago. As usual, best deals seem to be on SD cards and similar.

    Yeha I would say more this is more directional than the Yeti. This is a dynamic microphone (the yeti is a condenser mic) so your mouth will ideally be about 3 inches from this mic

    B&H has these deals about every week. Most of the time the things on sale are just what you said things that should have been cleared out months before. Usually when I see a deal from B&H on slickdeals it's actually a good deal. This one was grabbing low hanging fruit, we could easily have one of these weekly if we just grabbed the weekly deals. Long story short this isn't the quality of deals I would expect to see on SD.

    B&H has daily deals 6-days a week and some of them are great. Usually 4-6 items on some kind of timed special for 24-hours or until sold out.

    The B&H MEGA DEAL is seasonal and includes many more products. In the past, the deals for this particular sale were a lot better. I'm expecting to be equally disappointed with Prime Day this year. Lingering pandemic supply chain issues are making it difficult for these types of sales to include stuff people truly want.
