Price ($29 for unlimited) has been there for some time; it's the normal price.

What makes this a "deal"?
You can't use WhatsApp to call 1-800 numbers (overseas customer service, banks ect.) or landlines overseas. I used tello free international to call banks and aadvantage (American airlines Australia) to call CSR when wait time here is too long.
Tmobile's coverage map shows areas where they have roaming agreement with other providers. That applies only if you are tmobile proper, not for MVNOs using tmobile. MVNOs lets you use only tmobile's own network.

Hey guys, I have a T-Mobile Magenta (Standard) plan and have 6 lines that I don't use. I'm looking to split this plan with other people to break even on the monthly bill so I'm sure this will come to good use for somebody here.

Plan details:
Unlimited Talk
Unlimited Text
Unlimited 5G/4G Data

Each line come out to $25/line, so If anyone is interested, shoot me a DM. Thanks y'all!

Plus free international calling to 60+ countries including India, China and Mexico. I save around $10-15 on that alone
How about roaming to Canada, Mexico or Europe? Which plan/carrier is best for travelers? Or Work from abroad?

Visible is $25 on a party pay plan if you are in a area that needs a Verizon back bone..
I think that's changing. I swear I read party pay is going away

Maybe someone in this thread will know - I've been with tello for quite awhile (since ringplus & freedom pop disappeared). I'm mostly happy with my service for what I consider a great price.

The only issue I notice is coverage. In more rural areas I don't get service. If I look at the t-mobile coverage maps many of the places show as covered. Not sure is this is an mvno issue and direct t-mobile would have coverage or a lack of bands on my phone or what. I had hoped when I switched tello from sprint it would help, but it didn't.

A support phone call did not provide any information.

Phone is a moto g 1st gen

Any thoughts appreciated!
Your Moto G1 is missing important T-Mo bands, 66 and 71. These are important for rural. Phone upgrade time or run with Att or V.

Cricket (At&t) works very well all over Mexico. People call me while I'm there (or me calling to US) and no prefix numbers to dial. I had 4G LTE coverage everywhere in PV, Guadalajara, and Guanajuato this past March.

Currently moving as quickly as possible AWAY from T-Mo MVNO. I live in western NY, and while T-Mo says their coverage is complete for this area, I typically find myself in "roaming hell", unless I'm on the Thruway, or going through a town. The saddest part? My provider used to use Sprint or T-Mo, whichever signal was stronger, and I seldom had this problem. Since the takeover of Sprint? HORRIBLE.

The thing I love about tello...it works internationally if your phone is connected to wifi network over there. I've used the phone like it's a local number overseas!
Wifi calling yes, data no.

tello is no different. all of the mvno's suck for coverage, at least when compared to 1st tier carriers. if you stay in cities you can have good reliability with mvno's, but even then if it gets busy you will have high signal with no throughput. US mobile claims to not de-prioritize but id like to see that in action.
