I don't have any experience with this, but I would like to learn more about it. I found the product on Samsung website. Points I read: not so great audio quality, trouble with wireless connectivity, but with only 3 reviews hard to tell.

Maybe its a bit better than my built in LG C9 speakers but not by much. It produces a fuller/wide sound vs direct from the tv speakers.
The rear speakers produce little to no sound at all. They are not wireless, wired to a wireless mini app/receiver.
The sub is mediocre at best. But I didn't expect much from it.

One thing i want to recommend is that you update the firmware. Also, they have super terrible UX on rear speaker volume adjustment (ignore if you figured it out) but you have to press the settings cog until you see the 2nd "REAR" show up and this should autoscroll to "REAR VOLUME" and then press up/down on the directional pad...instinctively, I wrongly used the vol -/+ and subwoofer +/- and falsely thought it was adjusting the rear speaker but like you was not getting much out of them. I was ready to pack it up, pack it in, and send it back.
Otherwise thanks to OP for posting as it does the job even if it's only 2 less wires than a classic setup.

Overall the soundbar projects a good soundstage and works very well in a small to medium space. Subwoofer could be larger and more powerful but works OK in a smaller setting. Back speakers are pretty small but work good. Have not experienced any cutouts.
Overall this is a pretty good system for $200. I have this hooked up in the basement and even watching action or sci-fi movies, don't feel I've taken it to the limit. Listening to music on the other hand is so-so.
