just bought a toto bidet from previous costco deal, but the nozzle seen not to be strong enough to me. Is there any model can get water inside the butt?
I've owned a USPA for the past year and jumped on this one for the basement bathroom. The water pressure is great, as are the oscilating wash and water heating features. Great deal!

I have a different USPA and water pressure is pretty strong. I use the 2nd lowest pressure setting out of the 5 available.

For toto, try pushing the REAR button a second time, on my model it switches to a stronger fast-pulse mode.
Been using this model for last 6 moths (from Costco)
Seems pretty good except force has come down a little bit.
May be due to non usage for 5 weeks. Not sure

depending on how hard the water is, there may be blockage in the pipe supplying the water, you should clean it out if you feel the pressure is low. separately, check if you have a regulator that is keeping the pressure low leading into the bidet. most of these change based on what the input pressure is.

Bought a couple BioBidet BB2000 units last year during an amazing sale. They have an enema setting that would surely get the job done.
