The cool thing about this case is it's versitility due to it's size and durability. It allows one to store and easily access whatever small tools or adaptors you want in it (screw bits, drill bits, screws/nuts, sockets, wrenches, etc).
It can be hung in mid-air either using its adapter clips molded into the back of the case onto metal studs or brackets or via its two beefy magnets. The magnets are strong enough to allow the box to be held in place even when signifcant weight is present from the items stored in the case.
Some of the reviewers mentioned they trashed/gave away the included bits (I believe they are considered impact resistant) and put in a piece of foam with cut outs for specific tools or sockets to create a sweet "go to" box for their car/boat.
Here's a vid review of the box in action:

I bought a bunch a while ago at $10... but I don't have any left as they're not very durable, and the magnets tend to lose strength.
I'd like to see an updated version though. Slap some n52's in it, and pray it isn't permanently attached to something lol. I did this with a few of my bit cases... and and it cracked the plastic when it got yanked out of my hand lol.

Impact bits are made out of harder metal and hold their shape. Normal bits have a tendency of stripping out fasteners when used with a drill or impact driver.
Normal bits are fine, if you tighten something by hand. If you are using any power tool, stick with impact bits.

Also, the "impacts" are not into the surface like a hammer, but rotational in the direction you are screwing/unscrewing.
