Eligibility: Motts Back to School Design Contest (the "Promotion") contains a contest ("Contest") and an instant win game ("Instant Win Game").
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who are the parent/legal guardian of a child/legal ward between the ages of five (5) and twelve (12) years old at the time of entry (each an eligible "Child"). Each Child must also be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. The Instant Win Game is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Timing: The Promotion begins on July 1, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 15, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
