I have a Circle offer "Make 3 qualifying purchases of $80 or more to earn a $20 reward in Target Circle earnings". Does this mean 3 qualifying purchases that add up to $80 or more or 3 qualifying purchases that are each $80 or more? Their wording seems a little loose to interpretation. Just trying to see if I can make this stack reasonably well.

They have to be $80 each order before coupons.

Cool. How much cheaper? I buy $300 in target gift cards when they are 10% off in November (with discover 5% cb) and use them on target gc deals like this throughout the year. So is Costco at least 35% cheaper?

Not really. I just did a 30 pack of Charmin mega (yes, they have fewer sheets per roll now but that's the cheapest per sheet vs. family mega or other roll counts, I think) and some other stuff (Kleenex). If you buy in store there's another $1 off Charmin coupon you can clip, but 3% Re-tale-me-not made ordering online for pickup better than pulling the items myself in store and using that coupon. If you need other items with in store coupons, you can do that (e.g., Jet Dry also has a $1 off) to make shopping in store better, but it's close either way.
