2 for $6.99 is that same price. If you know they are crap, that's fine. If you are just thinking out loud and hate that everything is made in China (could not agree more), but that is crap too.

In for black and green in L. If they are good, I'll wear them for walking, marginal for gardening, if really awful, I will just return them. The pictures look okay.

In my experience, cheap hats like this are barely worth $1 a piece unless you like something that resembles a wet rag sitting on your head. This is overpriced chinese junk, hardly a deal, let alone slick.
