Seems like they aren't water proof as stated and they stop functioning after rain. Wonder if buying warranty for them for 3 years $8 is useful or its worthless anyway,

pay an extra $8 and they keep sending you new ones every three months for three years? sounds like good fun. i suspect it's more the sunlight cooking the batteries and/or a bad bms that's letting them discharge too low - probably the former.

I bought to mount as a flag light when I hang the flag out. The ones they sell for the purpose of lighting your flag at night are $20-30 for a single light.

These things are disposable and cost $1 from dollar stores or walmart (check under their Mainstays brand). Not worth $6 each at all.
