This Promotion is open only to legal residents of Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in his/her state of residence at the time of entry.
To obtain a Game Card and Code without making a purchase from June 27, 2022 through July 25, 2022, an entrant may legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid e-mail address on a card and place in a properly stamped envelope including a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail it to: The From Wisconsin With Luck Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes – Game Card Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325 (each a "Mail-In Request"). Mail-in Requests must be postmarked by July 25, 2022 and received by August 4, 2022. Administrator will send one (1) Game Card per Mail-In Request by via the self-addressed stamped envelope to the address provided on the request (PO Boxes not permitted), while supplies last. There will be one hundred thousand (100,000) Game Cards available for Mail-In requests.
Promo Code Request: To obtain a Code without making a purchase from 12:00 AM CT on July 26, 2022 to 11:59:59 PM CT on August 7, 2022, an entrant may use the Code WKMYXBXKYMHX.
There is a limit of one (1) Game Play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per day during the Promotion Period
