Pay $900 instead of $1200 for four passes. This is a limited deal for New York and Florida legoland. California legoland had theirs a couple of months ago. However these passes now activate immediately so you can buy an elite pass for NY and use it immediately in California. And vice versa. There have been no pass sales for NY in almost two years so better grab this now.

It does. I have the NY pass and was able to access both the Florida LEGOLand and Peppa Pig. No issues with parking either. It was included. I didn't buy any concessions so don't know if the discount would have applied.
