Lowest I've seen and I have two of these. One powers 2x 140mm fans that exhaust hot air out of my garage through gable vents; the other is part of a solar table fan that keeps guests in the back yard cool.

Interestingly the regular panel sells for $25 but for $1.30 more you get the "jumper" cables, and a solar controller. Previously I paid in the $30s for this kit.

In for 1 but with reservations, I have two of their solar pond pumps which work great,the issue is the optional battery backup units which have all failed within a year.Very cheaply made and wonder about the controller quality? I noticed they did not offer the optional 3 year warranty this time.

People buying this kit are going to be very disappointed at the charging speed.

I have a 5W Renogy solar panel from a Slickdeal from last year, it is snail slow. It ended up being free after I complained that it was not the 10W panel that I ordered. I wouldn't pay money for it.

This has to be hot garbage at this price, but possibly worth it for certain applications. I have a similar one- converted a shed to a fancy kids playhouse and then used it to power a usb ceiling fan and light. Works great for that purpose.

This would barely help to top off a lead acid battery that isn't run daily. It will do next to nothing for a PHEV. Your pack is probably 4-10 kWh. This panel would take like 8 days at 10w with 12 hours of sun to replenish just 1 kWh.
