I have the original Foodi XL and love it, use it several times a week. My only complaint with the original Foodi XL are the capacitive buttons which sometimes are very unresponsive. This looks like an improvement on that design with the dial, but it doesn't look like it comes with the temperature probe that makes cooking meat such a breeze

I have the XL with the temp probe and love it. Wish I had the one with the griddle AND the temp probe but it was out of my budget. If you don't care about the griddle, look for the XL with just the probe for usually about the same price.

Was able to use a 30% off coupon for card holders which brought it down to $125 (unique 1-time code). Can also add some Kohls cash if you have. Even at 20% off this seems like a good deal. Moving into an apartment soon, so I am excited to try this out. Planning to return an air fryer and a toaster I had just bought.

I picked that one up and have been using it but it seems like this one has more features and is cheaper. Plus I have a credit with Amazon as well.

I started with the XL grill with the thermometer but then I upgraded to the griddle version. It is much more versatile and I highly recommend it. If you need a thermometer buy a $10 one on Amazon. The griddle version is also much easier to clean IMO if you use the griddle plate the majority of the time.
