The M510 I am trying to replace has both. Unfortunately it is giving me double clicks which has cost me a fair amount of money.

I did the WD40 fix for my last Logitech and it lasted about 6 months. I just had to go back to a wired mouse because of the double-click issue. I may try silicone lube on the Logitech this time and see how well that works

I know it's an older model, but have you tried the M705? I keep coming back to it for those two reasons.
