Edit: Also please know that Uber (and DoorDash) are notorious for ending a promo soon if it gets too popular even though if you meet the T&C and redeem it before the expiry date.
I've burned by this too many times, so if you wanna use it, use it IMMEDIATELY. Not sure scheduling an order works here as I've heard previously that Uber only charges when the food starts to be prepared, so the promo might very well expire before then and you might get charged the full price when it gets sent to the restaurant.
