I am not sure about the "full size" or just three rings to get the ball in, otherwise this thing looks solid for sure.

This was on sale for the same price in June. Seems to hit this price point often. I don't think this is of the same ilk as the "$300-$400 and up" models.

Technically depends on if you keep it off the ground and where you live, but I wouldn't. Humidity here in GA would destroy it pretty quickly even if covered.
