The key might be to remove Apple card seal and if you have all digits then activate and immediately load in your apple store account within seconds.
Was your gift card a physical gift card or online? Apparently they are also handled differently.
Now I got another problem when applying my account balance "Your payment authorization failed. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." Apple is killing me.
UPDATE: Found the solution myself. Split $1 payment to my credit card. Thanks every one for help 🎉🎉

Care to share any contact information you have with people here? If not, your story doesn't help anyone else who may encounter the same problem.
Also, what did you mean in your other post by, "I had picked up all 100$ gift cards from the store to come back tomorrow?" Had you hidden them in the store in order to return to purchase them later?
