That has been the price at Lenovo for a very long time. I got the MX3 for $55 before 30% reward at OfficeMax a few months ago. This deal is so so. That's why it stays on for months.
Been using one (well, three) for the better part of a decade and a half for CAD, 3d analysis during the day and light video and audio production /mixing for fun. I've got half a dozen having mice with up to 1000hz+ polling and - for non gaming - I'll take the MX over all the others. (I admit it fits my hand perfectly, so that helps quit a bit for 10 hour/day ergonomics)
I've been rocking this thing for the past 4 years for office use. I've always had it plugged in until recently I decided I didn't want the cable all the time. Been over a month and a half and still 2/3 battery life left. Battery life is still amazing.
Ergonomics is top notch. I have 19x10 hands and move the mouse and can use relaxed claw or palm grip to easily move the mouse. The rubber coating feels really good holding it. Even though the hump is very tall, it doesn't have pressure on your palm. No issues and complaints of wrist pain. Thumb rest is great so you don't need to claw grip the mouse.
I recently bought a pulsar Xlite v2 wireless gaming mouse that weighs 59g and now this mx master feels like a brick, ngl.
