I've about 8 of these in my wood shop. Light output is great. My single qualm with them is that while they are linkable, you still have to operate them all independently. Would be nice if the first one in a chain operated as a master. Connecting them to an outlet that operates on a switch solves that problem pretty easily, though.
I bought 8 of these and after a few months they begin dying. Reviews on Sam's club will confirm.
I have these in my garage, they are fantastic and beat out the harbor freight 5000 lumen equivalent

Good deal!
Just 5 years ago, linkable LEDs were in the $50's. Wow

Thank you very much. I know nothing about these lights but needed some for my shed. If they don't work out, there's a Sam's around the corner vs Amazon

Recent reviews on Sam's say there's quality issues after a few months.

IMO that is a feature. Give you independent operation or you can have a master switch.

Only thing I hate is the modulation/blinking. My eyes might not be able to see it but add in movement I could see that modulation/blinking.

I had two of the $20 non-linkable Honeywell lights in a metal building that is not heated (Kansas City area), as my main lighting thinking they would be better quality than the HF ones. They both died over the first winter months. The Braun (Harbor Freight) ones keep rocking, but I dont think they're as bright as they were originally. They should be hitting the 4 year mark soon, and still using the original bulbs.

Can these be hard-wired to replace the fluorescent tube garage lights?
Just cut the plug off and wire it in?
Thanks in advance for your help.
