I ordered one, took awhile to come but it's really nice. Dogs name & a QR code on it. You put a photo of your dog on the site, details about the dog & if lost the code can be scanned & the page with dog's photos comes up so the person who found the dog can make sure it's the right dog. Then the company will contact you
