Anyone else having trouble getting the form to appear onscreen? Tried safari, chrome and edge, no go. Update: disregard, the firewall at work was blocking it. Worked at home.

Submitted for a manual review early afternoon. About six hours later, got a message saying that my manual review was completed, click (link) to continue.

Link sent me right back to login/submission form, whereupon it's now saying I submitted it already. (Which I did, the first time.)

Great...

Update: Got another message saying manual review was finished, sent me to the same link. Cleared cache, tried to send it to Paypal, had to reset my Paypal password along the way, now it's saying they're refusing the rebate due to a ToS violation.
