As an alternative, there are still a few of the 3 person version in store on clearance. But they have been on clearance a long, long time so YMMV. I bought 4 at $20 each last November. One local store shows OOS but they have unopened boxes of 6 tents each on a high shelf. Those are still $79 in zip 02301. Another shows in stock $40 each but doesn't actually have them.

Earlier of the year , saw this in clearance session in local Walmart, hesitated to buy, size is bigger than my existing rent

It's like the spring loaded windshield sunshades for your car... Some people can do it instantly and others can't at all
On a side note, I purchased this and used it in the back of my Honda Ridgeline. Went to see the Artemis launch but it was canceled. Fit great in the ridgeline. Light duty did not leak during overnight rain.
