Any luck calling or emailing? My only order I placed with them came within a week. Just some ridgid tools, nothing big

Where are you seeing the sprayer ?
Update : I see it after I added to the cart. And it says that the sprayer is out of stock and can't be added to the cart. Don't know if I should still place or the order or just leave it.

I still show sprayer as well as batteries included with the fan or stapler orders. Are you ordering a different tool? Maybe that one doesn't qualify for both promos.

I'm seeing the same thing. Sprayer out of stock and can't be added.

This kinda thing is unfortunately to be expected from them, I treat it as part of doing business with them. If you can't deal with sometimes not getting your stuff for 2 months, with orders canceling with no explanation, etc best to just stay away from them. I've ordered loads and loads of stuff from them. Eventually, I've always either gotten my stuff or have had them cancel and refund (that or they don't actually charge until they ship, can't remember which but I think it's this).
I already have the same sprayer. But I really need a miter saw for small home projects like building cabinets and such.

I tried to contact them through email before and got a message back a few days later telling me to call.
When you call them they give you an option to have someone call you back later. This is usually the best choice since wait times can be a few hours.

For a tool that's going to be stationary for the most part, I'd rather spend my money on a corded version that's bigger. With that said, there's been some killer deals recently. I picked up a reconditioned corded 10" slider for 90 bucks. If it's not urgent, I'd say wait.
