Wow, anker has come a long way. Not that long ago anker was begging anyone with an email address to accept their products for free in exchange for a positive review. Now they're charging pretty premium prices. The next company to do that seems to be govee. Discount everything extremely heavily, get people to leave positive reviews, and then get your foot in the door at best buy. Spigen did this as well for awhile. Seems to be a pretty good business model.

Anker is a survivor. Two years ago I bought a urlhasbeenblocked PD 3.0 GaN 100W USB-C wall charger at $34.99 on Amazon, It's been working great for me (some people complained about urlhasbeenblocked's after sales support I understand), but urlhasbeenblocked was booted off Amazon last year, soon after Aukey, urlhasbeenblocked, RavPower, Vava and TaoTronics were kicked out, all for soliciting massive amount of fake reviews. Less sellers (especially sellers already established names for themselves), coupled with the high inflation, thus the higher price Anker is able to charge.

This may seem like a dumb idea, but it does work. Get a short, thin 1ft to 3ft extension cord and use that with the loose sockets on the planes. It being lighter is less likely to fall out, AND you can slightly bend the prongs on the extension cord to help it stay in. Yeah, it's one more thing to carry while traveling, but oh well. It works on the plane and in the hotels, so I think it's worth it.

Anyone know if the Anker 727 with the detachable cord, if Anker sells other cords for other countries?

travelling to europe soon, would be pretty cool if i can find an European cord so i dont have to carry an international plug + 727.

Been waiting for a deal on these, between this code and a $30 gift card I got from trading in a Kindle Paperwhite I got the 120W charger for $50.
Getting it for my Steam Deck (which they say will still charge near the same speed as the stock charged even though the slow charging dialogue comes up.) And I have a USB C charging Chromebook and Pixel 6 Pro.
