I just opened a chat with them and they said they sold out extremely quickly and weren't able to fulfill the order. They also gave me a 20% off code for my next order.
Echo to others that if your order is cancelled message them. They will likely give you a coupon for another order. Obviously not as good a deal but better than nothing.
Very frustrating though. Sorry to hear.
