The Costco card is a special agreement between Costco/Citi and does not fall under the umbrella of the other cards. It's treated like its own animal. The other cards also don't receive most of the benefits of the Costco card, so I'd say it's still a fair deal.

If people really want to participate then just get one of the other Citi cards in addition to your Costco Citi card.

I am thrilled for you, really, but I am not aware of any American Air AAdantage cards that offer the "Thank You" points as an option. I know you are aware that AAdvantage miles are not the same. So enlighten me, seriously I am really looking for valid info.
