I normally check the remaining balance and use all of it to reload amazon giftcard. No fees.
Amazon CC gives 5% cash back making turning these into Amazon gift cards a waste of time.

No, nothing from my credit card company, just an almost instant cancellation email.

It worked fine for me with Capital one today. Any issue you have may be likely specific to you, is this first time you are buying at Giftcards.com? If yes, that may be one of the reasons. I bought few times earlier from them, may be that's why my order went thru.
Nonsense.

OK, so can you explain how/why it worked for me and why it didn't work for you?

Even the company could not explain why it would not work yet you expect me to explain it to you.

what is the point of their labor day sale if it's the same discount as this deal?

The fee really kills it for me since I don't have a capital one card. So that means I save 5% plus the 3% cb on the card I'd use to buy it, but then have to pay the fee... so for each $250 it's only saving around 5% TOTAL once you figure in the 5%, 3%m and fee. And then not much to sue it on.

I assume you can't pay with paypal or someone would have mentioned the 5% paypal discount when using chase.

Deal is sweeter if you have CapitalOne offer of 6% --> total saving (after all fees) is about 10%

Got a $250 visa card, 5% discount (down to ~$243) + (hopefully!) 6% CB (down to ~$230).

A few things to consider before buying:
a. Couldn't buy giftcards using the card (obviously!) on Kroger or giftcards.com with it. I wanted to see if I could keep on buying increasing amounts of the prepaid card and make $7 on each transaction.
b. Couldn't transfer the balance using Venmo/Paypal, the issuing bank kept rejecting it.
c. So I ended up buying a Uber gift card on Amazon (any purchases on Amazon should work afaik!), cause I use Uber/Uber Eats a lot, and my best card for Uber gets me only 3% CB (which would be $7.5 on $250 anyway, so I'm not losing any money)
I almost always use these discounted visa cards to buy grocery cards.
1) from Amazon i get: giant, Safeway
2) Raise sells Kroger gift card

Is the 6% on top of the 2%cashback from the C1 card itself? Or inclusive?

how do you redeem the raise ones? Aren't they only e-gift cards? Do you print and scan them or something?

You do not need to print. Kroger eGiftcard from Raise do have a barcode. When you are checking out at the store choose eGiftcard option from the screen then scan your phone --> then punch in the PIN.
