Every subway around here accepts them.

Also, last month they were selling footlong pass for $15. That gave you 50% off a footlong per day. I think that forces franchises to give you a deal as long as they accept digital orders as they said 99% of stores would take it.

I think that if you are stupid enough to be a franchise owner for a crappy sandwich outfit like Subway, then you need to go into it understanding that you are governed by corporate and need to participate in promotions, policies and good brand representation. If not, being a franchise owner for this crappy place is NOT for you and I feel no sympathy if participating makes you shut down your crappy little shop, next time make better business choices!

It's one of the cheapest franchises to open (35k franchise fee). And I don't get whining from owners who will just throw out the food that they don't sell and get nothing for it. Only subs get deals too, the point is to get people in and then sell them salad, bowl or a soup at the full price once they want something different.

Me too. Maybe more than a year. We have been going 2x a month. Before that, I hadn't eaten subway in years. Today I went to place an order. It took a long time, like 20 minutes on their stupid website and at checkout it said that the location wasn't taking that promotion. I tried ALL the Subway's near me, and none are participating. I guess all good things come to an end. See you in a few years Subway, if you're lucky.

Subway has such a predatory model. They take 12.5% in sales so they couldn't care less if franchises are making profit or not because as long as they sell alot then subway corp is making a killing. They offer these coupons knowing it will increase sales numbers and make them alot of money at the expense of the franchise owner. It is super messed up that they structured a system that way. Subway won't be around for long.
