In my area, there entire section in Amazon Fresh under the DEALS section that is $1 for all items.
Make sure you click "See More" to see all of the $1 items.
DISCOUNTS ONLY APPEARS IN THE LAST STEP AT CHECKOUT!
Please don't downvote if you aren't seeing the deal in your area or if you aren't proceeding all the way to checkout to see the discount!
I'm sure this is a big YMMV but there are some crazy discounts here!

They've upped a lot of the discounts from 50% mentioned in the above thread. As I mentioned in that OP you have to keep refreshing/clicking the "Deals" section. Sometimes the same item(s) will show up as 50% off and other times they'll show up as 75% off now.
Note, the $1 deals work on multiple quantities. I've placed 3 separate orders today alone.
Also, it's worth exploring the regular department sections of Fresh as many of the 75% off deals don't appear on the deals site but when you click on "See More" you'll see some random items that are 75% off. Example (pic attached).
Pro tip: keep trying at different times thru the day/multiple days. The products often change/they add more etc. Some products go from 50% off to 75% off etc. I've saved well over $500 over the last couple weeks on these deals. Remember to tip your delivery person!
