It looks like fit is split between true to size and small/snug. I have a pair of Merrell Mocs and they are snug so I went a half size up. Fingers crossed

FWIW I have a pair of mens moab 2 and I would consider them to be 1/4 sized too small. Just a bit tighter than my normal size (my foot is about 1/4 sized less). I would recommend buying the next size up if you are true to shoe size.

I had the same experience with the Moab 2 vent. Even with smartwool socks (the essential accessory) they are loose vs that size of any sneaker brand on my feet. If you wear thin socks then half a size down is probably right.

Bought some Moab 2's couple of weeks back, it was my third pair, 12M all of them. Latest pair was actually tight, toes hit the front. Contacted Merrell, they said that they had not heard of that issue before so basically sorry about your luck. NEVER again.
