Can't imagine a 12v blower being very effective, maybe for sawdust. I had a 20v blower that I felt was too weak so upgraded to 80v which does the job.

Edit: Not sure why the downvotes, as what I stated is confirmed by others here to be true: this is basically a niche blower designed for the shop, not really effective for things other than sawdust and light shop debris.

Several deals with batteries look like $10 cheaper than yesterday's hackable deals if you want the tool + batteries

I've been waiting on a deal on the more powerful 18v blower. Any deals on that, that I'm missing? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply.

I should have specified I already have a bunch of batteries, so I'm looking for the bare tool, as it's not hackable. Thanks!

It's like having a handheld Dirt Devil but in reverse.

Wow this is a nice deal... Better than yesterday's. I have the m18 fuel blower now. Not compact but not super heavy either. This is tempting but i have to stop it with these milwaukee deals lol

Says 175 CFM, so is limited as expected. Good for blowing dust, light debris, and saw dust off of things.

Can't always go by volts. I've been running the m18 fuel blower with the 9.0 battery and it blows golf ball sized rocks off my driveway no problem.

OK, so basically a blower for the shop. Pass for me, but thanks for the info.

When it comes to cordless blowers, you pretty much can actually. Most of the high voltage blowers typically have significantly higher CFM numbers and runtime. Maybe not always, as i have not looked at every single blower out there, but seemed to be my experience when shopping for one.

For example, the Kobalt 80V blower I bought with only a 2.5 Ah battery produces 630 CFM, which is much more than the 20v Dewalt I was using. And the m18 fuel blower only does 450 cfm, and this m12 only 175 cfm.

I don't think it's designed for that at only 175 cfm.

Just like with vacuums, have a purpose in mind for your blower and make sure that purpose falls in line with that particular models specs. I imagine that many, like myself, like these smaller blowers to blow saw/drywall dust off our tools and work area. I wouldn't expect it to do much more than that. Conversely, I wouldn't want to drag out my 80V or backpack blowers to blow off my miter saw.
