I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

What's the cheapest plan? This is a math problem for a single user. I'm on mint now for $15 a month. Every dollar over that multiply by 24 and that's the cost of moving to xfinity. Usually every one of these deals winds up being a wash.

I feel like it isn't a great deal if you're savvy enough to switch account holders with Xfinity every year in order to save $10-20 (or more) a month by qualifying for new customer promos... But if you're the only one at home and don't have someone to alternate with, I guess this is just OK. Have had bad experiences with Comcast though
