I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

I see, thank you. I saw some earlier posts saying iphone is locked to the number and we won't even be able to swap between xfinity lines. Maybe they're talking about newer iphone with eSIM only.

I hope swapping the phones within xfinity plan won't affect the promo bill credit. Does anybody know?

I decide to buy iPhone 13 instead of 14. 14 has a few useless updates but a major step back without a sim tray. 13 is cheaper and better. Buy 13 bye bye 14

Yes, swapping physical SIM to other mobile devices does not affect bill credits. However they should be listed in device list in your account.

if i buy iphone13 pro max, will all 3 sims locked to xm for 24 months? either pay the balance to unlock but once paid sooner than 24 months you lose the credit. isn't it?
