I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

I keep checking Xfinity's website. The minis have been on and off their site, but always show as out of stock. Maybe if you go in person, but I doubt they have any.

I know Apple stopped producing more 13 minis some time ago due to the chip shortage.

Anyone know how xfinity compares to other providers? We have Verizon and pay out the behind but the coverage is some of the best I've ever had. It's not worth it to me to pay half if the coverage sucks. Reliability of signal and data is more important to me.

This is not a good deal. Some carriers like Verizon are giving new line deals up to $1000 off of the 14. Existing customers can trade in and get $800 off.

What is the cheapest plan from Verizon?
Because Xfinity Mobile offers $15/months for multiple lines.

Yeah you just pay 2 or 3x more per month over Xfinity Mobile and have to lock in 3 years.

Xfinity is an MVNO. This means they use Verizon towers but their traffic is deprioritized to Verizon subscribers who pay full price. In some areas this isn't much of an issue, in some areas it means you may have issues.

There is no catch. I switched 2 years ago and couldn't be happier. Verizon was over $200 for our plan and 3 phones. Xfinity is $60 total. We just share 10 gig since we are almost on WiFi… same cell service as we had with Verizon. No hidden fees

Wrong. They are giving up to $1000 off if you trade in a phone. (And those phones can easily sell for $700-900 on the open market)

This is for $400 off without trading anything in.

Xfinity = $400 + $700-900 = $1100-1300
Verizon = $1000

Oh, and you'll likely be paying half the cost for your monthly service.

For new line deals, no trade in is required. Current customers trade in an iPhone XR or above, just need to be unlocked. Can be completely damaged and they'll take it. I bought a XR for $100 on eBay for trade in, am going to sell my old phone and break even on a brand new iPhone on Verizon, plus extra cash that will cover the extra $10 a month required for the upgraded unlimited plan until I can drop back after the 36 month period.

I did the same thing for another line on my account for the 13 pro last year. Additionally, all Verizon partner carriers experience bad slow downs. Verizon themselves don't slow down nearly to the extent that their partners do.

Okay, I figured that would be the case. It's wether potentially being bottlenecks at certain times is worth the discount. I travel a bit and sometimes I'm in very rural areas. I need the best of the best. Between having Verizon cell service and an AT&T hotspot I've always had signal. But I pay $200 for 2 Verizon phones which my firm covers half the cost. Hotspot is from work so they pay that. Guess I'll probably keep everything as it is.
