I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

If you're looking to get internet + multiple lines - sign up first for the internet + 1 line. After that goes through, you can add lines upto the limit that they allow you. Note that initially, XM does restrict the total number of lines; I was initially allowed upto 4 back in 2017 when I signed up, got upto 5 during 2019, and was allowed upto the full 10 only in 2021.

If you do need more lines than the number allowed - you can try to discuss with the CS and escalate; doesn't always work, but you need to keep trying.

Yes. Initial XM signup does require internet (or sign up for both simultaneously). See the second question in Xfinity's FAQ

Need help!!!: fedex delivered Xfinity package. I signed for it. I opened the box within minute and found there was no iPhone in the box. The delivery man was a few houses away and we drove to his truck show him the box. He asked me to file a claim. Now what should I do and what would happen to my claim? Thanks a lot for any input.

I had this happen to me on Verizon a few years ago, I immediately called Verizon and it got resolved fairly quickly (1 month or less). I had an issue last year where xfinity delivered a phone to my old address and that took much longer to resolve (over 2 months). Take pictures of the box if there are any signs of tampering and submit your complaint to xfinity immediately.

For my cases when I had the issue with Verizon, it was Verizon who opened the inquiry with Fedex I did not need to. For my Xfinity case they wanted me to do the same thing but since it was Xfinity who actually sent it to the wrong address it was their responsibility so they had to resolve it, but it took some time to get them to do so. I would just to speak to a manager because the low level customer support is going to try and make you file a complaint with Fedex when you should try and make them do it.
