I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

I am a new user not upgrading....
My cricket line will expire soon before I get the pro max... So the port won't work on that number..I am a Google voice user so don't care about the underlying number...

After talking to multiple agents, I was told there is no $829/$629 discount on iPhone 14. Just the standard $400 for every xfinity customer whether you are gold, silver, platinum or diamond. Is this right?

no. you have until oct 6th to place the order for $400 discount over 2 years.. youll pay tax and first payment up front so you will be locked in

Pulled the trigger on upgrading the fam with iphone 14s. Fingers crossed they don't botch the orders.

Just an fyi, xfinity did email me back and ask for further id verification. They wanted front and back pictures of my drivers license. Didn't have to do that in the past, must be a new layer of security.

FYI, if you want $400 off instantly on your iPhone rather than 24 month credit, call Xfinity and ask them. But the requirements are you need to add a new line with them and pay in full.

There is no contract when you paid in full. Instant $400 off. Xfinity doesn't have contract.
