I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

Cheapest T-Mobile plan is Magenta. It will be $140/month for 4 lines (3rd line is currently free with new account). If you can get an insider code from a T-Mobile employee, it will give you 20% discount for Magenta Max plan. That would be $170-20%=$136 for 4 lines (including the free 3rd line). Thru T-Mobile, you can get $1000 or $800 discount toward an iPhone 13/14 if you have the right phone to trade-in (see their website for detail). If you do it through Costco, I believed there is a $630 BOGO deal for buying 2 iPhones but you have to full price and wait for the reimbursement. T-Mobile has the same deal but $700 (Costco sell their phone with a 10% discount). All discount through T-Mobile required 24 months credit after you financed the phone.

Xfinity Mobile is $30/line for 4 lines for unlimited. There is a limit to their unlimited high speed data and tethering (see their website). You can get a iPhone 12/13/14 with a $400 discount via monthly credit over 2 years.

So you have to decide between the monthly cost, discount on the phones and any extra benefits (i.e. T-Mobile offer Netflix, AppleTV+, etc vs none of those via Xfinity).

I'm paying $50 for 600 mbps with data cap. I could go to 1200 mbps unlimited data + 14PM for extra $46 per month for the next 24 months. Very tempting.
