When I log in to my t-mobile account, I see "Get up to $999.99 estimated trade-in credit."
Mine is Tmobile One plan. Does this mean I am eligible for a $999 trade-in?

Edit: this is BS.
It shows $500 credit on the next page.

Exactly same happens to me...shows Get up to $1,000.00 and next page shows get up to $500.00

I agree this is BS. T-mobile is really becoming a pretty bad company lately; it feels more like Sprint after the merger.

Does not say you will get $999, rather up to $999.
That's how they get way with this kind of advertising!

T-Mobile offer terms include other premium rate plans. Not sure what other plans beyond MAX and Plus qualify. Check by going through the phone upgrade process to see what you qualify for under your plan.

Customers can get up to up to $1000 off an Apple iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max, 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, or 13 Mini when trading in an eligible phone qualifying Magenta MAX, MAXUp or other qualifying premium rate plan or data feature.
