Mailed in my severely cracked note9 during the previous $50 offer. They replaced front screen, back glass, front camera and some sensors that were damaged. As good as new at no extra charge.... to and fro shipping included.

For people trying to do the Mail-In option and getting the "Error occured call 800-SAMSUNG" error.

I was also getting the error for the Mail-in option.

What I did to make it work:
- Sign into Samsung.com before going to the page.
- Go to: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
- Click "Start Repair"
- This should list your products tied to your account. Choose the phone you want to send in. "Request Service".
​- Then do the rest normally. This way it worked!!

Do they fix the internal screen of fold 3? My screen is just black inside now.

yes, Based on my previous repair. all 4 of my phones got new battery and glass repair on both side. 2 of Note 20 Ultra and 2 of Note 10

My cousin's phone has the white screen issue on the s20 ultra...no cracks though, would they fix?

the same was mentioned in the previous repair. I noticed that they replaced my back screen on both of Note 20 Ultra as they looked brand new with screen protector on.

The recent $50 deal was mail in only. This one allows walk-in service. Extra $50 definitely worth it to some to not have to be without your main phone for 10 days.
