Total hours for 1 person that is mechanically inclined took about 6-7hrs in a garage without hooking up the swing set. It's definitely a fun project instructions were wrong on a few screw/bolt numbers. Don't hammer in any of the set nuts. As you drill the nut tighter they set themselves into the wood. Definitely pay attention to where the wood goes. I made a few mistakes and had to take it apart.

This has to be going in and out of stock still!
I found that we were missing 1 piece after receiving one of the boxes opened & damaged.
Walmart seriously sent out box 1 of 1 for me to get this 1 missing piece! I then called them back & told them I'll just contact the manufacturer & to cancel it & asked for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. They sent me a $25 promo code, cancelled my shipment but said I'll still get the product & no need to return it.
So, I guess we have a bunch of spare pieces now!
